Fluent English ? Previous experience working with a commercial organization. Direct customer interface experience is a plus.? Solid Experience to navigate a complex matrix organization, drive alignment and execute across multiple functions/stakeholder groups.? Strong analytical skills, and proven ability to develop and execute a plan.? Good project management skills.? Willingness to travel (20-30%)
